The dumbest child in the dumbest family in the country (you knew we were talking about Track Palin based on that alone, didn’t you?) has found himself in a spot of trouble yet again.
As you remember, Palin made headlines last year when he beat a lady up during a crazed gun-in-hand tantrum — and he apparently has not learned his lesson because he earned himself a few felony charges on Saturday during yet another domestic violence incident.
The incident occurred in his family home in Wasilla and according to the LA Times,
Palin, 28, was arraigned Sunday morning on three counts: felony burglary, misdemeanor reckless assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief for causing up to $500 in property damage, according to online court records. Each of the charges was related to domestic violence.
The felony burglary charge indicates Palin is accused of hurting or attempting to hurt someone while committing burglary.
Palin is currently being held at the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility in Palmer.
Faced with his 2016 charges, Palin pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm while intoxicated but the rest of the charges were dismissed as part of his plea deal. During that attack, his girlfriend said Track “struck her on the left side of her head near her eye with a closed fist.”
“Given the nature of actions addressed last night by law enforcement and the charges involved, the Palins are unable to comment further,” Sarah and Todd Palin’s attorney John Tiemessen said in a statement to NBC News on Sunday. “They ask that the family’s privacy is respected during this challenging situation just as others dealing with a struggling family member would also request.”
It’s unclear what Track did this time, but we can pretty much expect Sarah Palin to blame it on PTSD like she did when he beat up his girlfriend.
