You know how you clean your gun while it’s LOADED, then can’t figure out how you accidentally’ shot your friend?
Yeah well, that happened to a Colorado Springs man, too.
On Thursday, a 20-year-old man was shot while his friend was cleaning his gun, according to the Denver Sun Post.
According to police officers, they were called to the 2600 block of Gunnison Street on reports of a shooting at 10:34 p.m.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and has non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the ‘friend,’ he was cleaning his gun when the weapon accidentally discharged, shooting the victim.
The ‘friend’ left before police arrived like all really good friends do after they ‘accidentally’ shoot you.
Wait for it.
No one has been charged as of yet. The victim and the unintentional shooter were not identified because it’s super-important to protect the identity of a dumbass who will likely never be charged for shooting someone with a lethal weapon.
Maybe next time the Little Feller will be sure his gun is unloaded and not pointing at his ‘friend’ the next time he cleans his weapon.
Perhaps mandatory training in how to handle a weapon might be a good idea considering all the ‘accidental shootings’ lately.
At least he didn’t ‘accidentally’ shoot a baby in the face while cleaning his gun. It’s not like that never happened before. Or he could have shot his penis. Because that happened twice in one day last month to two other totally responsible gun owners.
The gun was not harmed during the shooting.
