NC Gun Group Raffling AR-15: Using Pic Of Hillary For Target Practice Is ‘Very Popular’

A North Carolina gun rights group (not pictured) believes Hillary Clinton will take their guns and ammo, sort of how they probably thought President Obama would confiscate their firearms. We’ve seen all of this before. The group is raffling off an AR-15, ammunition and a photo of Hillary Clinton that they claim is “very popular at the range.”

David Regnery posted in the group’s Facebook page, “GRNC raffles an AR15 and 1,000 rounds of ammo to accompany a portrait of Hillary, N.C. Policy Watch called the raffle a “new and frighteningly horrific development,”. What I want to know… is the gun and ammo “horrific or is it the portrait of Clinton that is “horrific”?”

That’s an interesting choice of words for Mr. Shooty Uppy since his profile picture displays his face which is covered by his rifle while shooting at the range.

CBS reports:

Grass Roots North Carolina, a political lobbying group, is calling the raffle “The Hillary Clinton Special.” On the webpage for the raffle, it says “Of course, we won’t tell you what to do with the photo, but when we ran a picture of Hillary on the front of our newsletter, we heard it was very popular at the range.”

The group’s site reads, “we all know that if Hillary Clinton is elected President on November 8, panic buying will ensure that by November 9, there won’t be a gun (or ammunition) available for love nor money…”

ABC reports:

Grass Roots NC, which was founded in 1994, says it is a “non-profit, all volunteer organization devoted to educating the public about trends which abridge the freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, and engaging in grass roots activism to preserve those freedoms.”

The paranoid gun group’s site states:

GRNC is restricted by law from using organizational funds to oust anti-gun politicians. That means in addition to getting an attractive carbine (M4 feed ramp, mid-length gas system, keymod handguard to mount the latest accessories), you will help GRNC-PVF keep anti-gunners like Roy Cooper, Deborah Ross and Josh Stein from occupying offices critical to gun rights.

Moreover, tickets are cheap: $10 ea, 3/$25, 7/$50 or 15/$100. Winner takes all and tickets are limited, so act now to get this attractive carbine and 1000 rounds of .223 ammo. (What you do with the picture is between you and Hillary).

Tickets for the raffle are $10 each. These must be the ‘Second Amendment people’ Donald Trump spoke of taking care of Hillary Clinton if she’s elected.

When I go to the range, I usually use an image of a zombie or an intruder for a target. Weird.

H/T: My pal Tom Connolly, with thanks.
