While an Akron, Ohio, man was pulling up his pants in a Chick-fil-A restroom, he shot himself, according to police.
The unidentified 45-year-old man was pulling his pants up in the restroom at about 2:00 p.m. when the gun accidentally discharged and the bullet grazed his leg, said Sgt. Jim Souhrada.
The man had a concealed carry license to carry the Glock pistol, which did not have a safety, he said.
The man walked out of the restaurant under his own power and was taken to West Chester Hospital as a precaution, Sourhada said, adding that no charges will be pressed, the Journal-News reports.
Customers reportedly didn’t hear the gunfire from the bathroom.

Ohio is an Open Carry state. I see accidental circular firing squads in the state’s future.
