Sandy Hook ‘Truther‘ Arrested After Trying To Disrupt Race For Slain Newtown Teacher

A Sandy Hook “truther” was arrested after police said he tried to disrupt the Vicki Soto 5K race named in honor of the slain Newtown teacher.

Matthew Mills, 32, of Brooklyn, New York., was charged Saturday with interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace, Westport News reports.

Mills was released after posting $2,500 bond.

Soto, who lived in Stratford, was killed after she put herself between the gunman and her first-grade students during the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in December 2012.

Hundreds were in attendance at the third-annual race to raise money for educational scholarships in Soto’s name.

Mills approached Vicki’s Soto’s younger sister, Jillian, then he shoved a photograph in the younger Soto’s face then began angrily yelling that not only did the Sandy Hook tragedy not take place, but that Vicki Soto never existed, police said.

The photograph was of the Soto family, including Vicki, while sitting on a seawall in Stratford, according to police.

Jillian Soto repeatedly asked Mills to leave her alone. Soto became very upset but Mills persisted until officers arrived, police said.

Mills then fled but was captured following a short foot chase with officers on Main Street, according to police.

Jillian Soto and her younger sister were shaken up and crying from the confrontation with Mills, police said.

Mills was arrested last year after police said he sneaked into a pre-Super bowl press conference, according to Westport News.

The gunman shot and killed his mother at their Newtown home, then fatally shot 20 children and 6 adult staff members at the elementary school. Soto, 27, rushed towards the killer, blocking the bullets with her body.

Truthers believe it was a staged event by the government. We have no idea why, except that perhaps it’s due to ‘journalists’ such as Alex Jones and Ben Swann who tossed around conspiracy theories for profit after the tragedy.

We have all of the children’s names listed here, as well as the adults who were murdered on that day.
