Jeanine Pirro just called FBI director James Comey out after he pulled a dick-move just before the presidential election. Pirro, a Trump supporter who is one of Clinton’s harshest critics, tweeted that “Comey’s actions violate fundamental rules of fairness & impartiality.”

Pirro said that Comey’s decision to send a letter to Congress regarding Hillary Clinton’s emails “disgraces and politicizes” the bureau.

“[This] is symptomatic of all that is wrong in Washington,” she said.

“One of the most revered agencies in our nation’s history–now seen as putting its finger on the scales of justice–should not now be front and center,” Pirro said, “You know I support Donald Trump and want him to win, but whether it’s Hillary Clinton or anyone else, Comey’s actions violate not only longstanding Justice Department policy…but the most fundamental rules of fairness and impartiality.”

Watch:

Politico reports:

When she was running for New York attorney general, Pirro said the Justice Department and the FBI announced to the media that they were opening an investigation of her. She said it was “mean-spirited and, of course, nothing came of it, except the adverse publicity cost me at the polls.”

“What was done to me in 2006 was wrong, and what happened to Hillary Clinton [Friday], was equally wrong,” Pirro said. “Now, this nation has already gone through an exhausting and traumatic campaign season. The FBI director should not now be front and center.”

Just to give one example of what an asshole Comey is, he’s decided that the details in the vague letter he sent won’t be released until after the election. So he just wrote a bizarre letter to cast doubt on the Democratic nominee while refusing to explain what it’s all about.

Richard Painter, the chief White House Ethics Lawyer in the Bush Administration, explained in a strongly worded op-ed in the New York Times why he filed a complaint yesterday against Comey with the FBI’s Office Of Special Counsel.

Painter pointed to the Hatch Act which strictly forbids the FBI director in engaging in political activity. Comey issued the letter just before the presidential election. He knew what he was doing.
