Trump Calls For Investigation Into ‘Fake News Networks’ Instead Of Russia Collusion

Donald Trump is not happy that the Senate Intelligence Committee will continue its investigation into Russia’s involvement with the 2016 election. On Wednesday, Senate Intelligence Committee leaders held a press conference and announced that the probe into Russian interference and potential collusion with the Trump campaign is still in effect and said to expect Russian operatives to remain active and determined to again try to sow chaos in elections next month and next year.

President Trump is clearly not pleased that the investigations into Russia’s involvement in the 2016 election shall continue.

In response to the announcement, Trump took this his Twitter account to suggest that the “fake news” media should be investigated instead of Russia interference in the election.

“Why Isn’t the Senate Intel Committee looking into the Fake News Networks in OUR country to see why so much of our news is just made up-FAKE!” the former reality show star tweeted.

It’s also just been reported that Ivanka and her brother, Donald Trump Jr., were under investigation in 2012, but the DA ordered the case to be dropped. It was further revealed that the DA was given $32,000 in the form of a donation by Trump’s personal lawyer, while another $18,000 was raised from lawyers at his firm and through a fundraising breakfast he hosted.

Trump has previously referred to the Russia investigations as a “hoax” and deems any critical media sources as “fake news.” The so-called president has circulated fake news tweets and is a conspiracy theorist who thinks that eleventy million ‘illegals’ voted on election day. He also believes that former President Barack Obama is actually a sneaky Muslim from Kenya who usurped the Presidency. So, if an investigation is enacted, they can start with Donald J. Trump.
